Safari Technology Preview 135 is here and it adds a much-needed feature for new MacBook Pro owners.
According to the release notes, the latest version of the Safari Technology preview adds support for 120Hz scrolling on ProMotion displays. The feature will be exclusively beneficial for any owner of the new 14-inch or 16-inch MacBook Pro.
When Apple launched macOS Monterey, its latest version of macOS, it did not add native support for 120Hz in Safari. It appears that the company has waited until the launch of the new MacBook Pro models to get that feature added to its browser.
Safari Technology Preview is an experimental version of Safari for users on macOS Monterey and macOS Big Sur. The preview allows developers and the curious to test out the latest and greatest features of Apple's browser and provide feedback to the company.
