Apple really wants happy Apple Card customers.

Last week, we reported that Apple was offering 0% financing to Apple Card customers who were confused about an item they purchased and expected to get the payment option.

According to the email that the company sent its customers, the exception applied to purchases at both Apple or an Apple Authorized Reseller for transactions where a customer expected to get the Apple Card Monthly Installments option:

"We understand that some customers expected to receive 0% APR financing automatically when purchasing Apple products with their Apple Card," the email reads. "If you expected to receive 0% APR financing with Apple Card Monthly Installments when purchasing an Apple product from either Apple or an Apple Authorized Reseller, but you did not, we can help."

As reported by 9to5Mac, Apple has contacted some Apple Card customers to let them know that they have until December 15 to get their 0% financing:

Apple Card Monthly Installments is a payment option that Apple created for its credit card. The option offers 0% financing on certain products purchased at Apple with Apple Card such as the iPhone, iPad, Mac, and even an Apple Pencil. Depending on the cost of the item, customers can get the option to finance their purchase over as little as 6 or as much as 24 months.
