The US DOJ says Samuel Reed, the third and final BitMEX co-founder, has pled guilty to US Bank Secrecy Act violations and agreed to pay a $10M criminal fine  —  Samuel Reed will pay a $10 million fine for violating anti-money laundering rules and also faces up to five years in prison.
